We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us and we will provide you with an exchange within the following guidelines.

  • For incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind with online sales, there will be no refund, only an exchange.
  • We will provide a refund within 7 days of purchase ONLY if the item is faulty.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, you must return within 21 days of purchase along with your receipt of order
  • All item/s are to be in new, unwashed and used condition with all tags attached.
  • Stellar & The Chief | H A L E will not be responsible for any items returned that are not returned in new condition.
  • Stellar and The Chief | H A L E will not accept your exchange if we consider the item/s used.
  • There will be NO exchange or refund on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final.
  • There will be NO exchange or refund on jewellery.  
  • There will be NO refund on footwear, however an exchange will be offered for sizing purposes, providing the original footwear purchased has not been worn and was returned in an orderly manner. These guidelines are set for hygienic reasons only.  

How to return an item:

  1. Please request a return/exchange by emailing enquiries@stellarandthechief.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Please include your full name, reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to exchange.
  3. Once your refund/exchange has been approved you will receive a confirmation email.
  4. Once we have received your item we will notify you and process your exchange/refund within 7 business days.
